Precision Robotics is company spun out of Imperial College London, developing medical robots for precision surgery. Dr Surbhi Gupta was instrumental in setting up this company and raising investment as a senior executive at the technology transfer arm of the university. Gupta was responsible for managing and commercialising the medtech IP portfolio. She has led on several licensing deals and spinout company formation such as Cardian, VODCA and Accunea. She has served as non-executive board director for Imperial spinouts such as Orthonika, providing strategic direction and IP expertise to these companies.
