VBI Vaccines is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company which is developing a next generation of vaccines to address infectious diseases and oncology. Prior to joining VBI in 2016, Catherine Eckenswiller spent six years working at the National Research Council of Canada in management of IP and government relations. Prior to that, she was in private practice with two national law firms, focusing on business and technology law and IP transactions. She is a fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada and former chair of its Technology Transfer Committee, and a registered patent and trademark agent.
