Ha Kung Wong practises general intellectual property law, with an emphasis on complex patent and trade secret litigation and IP transactions concerning pharmaceuticals, biologics, and chemistry. He has litigated cases related to proton pump inhibitors, anti-epileptic drugs, anti-tussives, RNAi, eyecare products, and a host of other pharmaceuticals. He has extensive experience with inter partes review, post-grant review, IP counselling, and pre-lawsuit investigations, as well as preparing and negotiating research collaborations and joint ventures, conducting freedom to operate analysis and patent valuations and all aspects of IP due diligence for licensing and acquisitions.
