Conor McDonough is an experienced litigator who represents clients in matters involving IP such as patents (in particular in biotechnology and pharmaceutical technologies) and trade secrets, commercial litigation involving contract and other business disputes, and suits for redress of government misconduct. He received his JD from Fordham University, and holds a doctorate in neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania. He enjoys applying his technical and legal training to complex problems in litigation. Prior to joining Pierce Bainbridge, he practised at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Ropes & Gray.
