Patrick Kelleher’s primary specialism is in litigation and advice in the area of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology with UK and pan-European cases. Kelleher’s work also involves the preparation of validity, infringement and ‘freedom to operate’ opinions in a variety of technical fields. He has a degree in natural sciences from Trinity College Dublin and a master’s in IP law from Queen Mary, University of London. He speaks and writes regularly on IP issues. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys and Bird & Bird’s representative at the IP Lawyers Association.
