She has more than a dozen years of experience representing leading technology and life sciences companies in high stakes patent infringement, trade secret, and breach of contract litigation in federal courts across the country. She has also represented clients in connection with inter partes review proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
