Sarah Columbia helps clients with matters related to IP litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secrets. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. She has led 13 patent infringement and invalidity trials across several jurisdictions, including the federal courts in Massachusetts, Florida, Delaware, California and Texas. Columbia also counsels clients on overall IP strategy and positioning, including litigation avoidance. She provides legal services across several industries, including semiconductor, pharma/biotech, internet, hardware and manufacturing companies. She is a member of the faculty of the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center.
