Before co-founding Anorak, David Vanek was chief financial officer at Made.com, the leading UK-based design furniture commerce player in Europe. He joined Made.com shortly after its launch to set up and scale its international expansion into six territories. He also overlooked corporate strategy managing a $60 million series C fundraising process. Prior to joining Made.com, Vanek was an entrepreneur in the online space for five years. He started his career at JP Morgan as a TMT investment banker where he spent eight years working on IPO and M&A transactions.
