Emma Kirby-Kidd has worked for Ageas UK for the last 20 years. During that time she has worked across a multitude of departments in various roles. Nine years ago she started working on process automation and more specifically robotic process automation (RPA) in the last four years. Ageas has seen massive benefits in operational areas through the use of RPA and other automation tools, this has been so successful the firm now has a dedicated business project team to automate as many business processes as possible.
