Madeline is a strategic change professional with more than 17 years’ experience in global specialty re/insurance. She spent the last seven years at MS Amlin, most recently as head of strategic initiatives, exploring the latest megatrends in digital, business models and re/insurance and how companies can innovate to take advantage of digital disruption. Previously she worked at US firm Gen Re and at Norton Rose Fulbright, where she specialised in complex re/insurance coverage disputes. Mills is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
