Iain Whittingham is a senior director at Willis Towers Watson and has more than 20 years of experience working across the global speciality lines, property and casualty and personal lines. He specialises in transforming the insurance value chain with machine learning and digital as key enablers. He has directed 100+ projects and programmes over the last 20 years. Before joining Willis Towers Watson, Whittingham held executive roles within a global insurer and in the outsourcing industry. He started his career as an infantry officer in the British Army.
