Alina Jipa is transformation manager at RSA Global Risk Solutions. She joined RSA in February 2018 as a change manager, leading a European cost-reduction programme in the Global Risk Solutions business. She started her career on the Hiscox graduate scheme and held a variety of roles from business analyst to project manager and operations manager. Her experience includes M&A integrations, schemes and delegated authorities governances, and operating model, strategy and organisational design work.
