Ruth Denyer is the group risk director at ITV where she oversees the Group approach to operational risk management, embedding it throughout the global business. She also has direct responsibility for group insurance, health and safety, and business resilience for the Group. The work of her team is underpinned with their shared vision of being collaborative, innovative and empowering. Denyer has driven a culture of risk ownership through the business seeing a step-change in its approach and ownership of risk through a number of key initiatives covering education, online presence and reporting.
