Gary Head is AXA UK’s director of delegated authorities. His team operates across the property and casualty market to support innovative products targeted at particular customer groups. He previously worked at Hiscox as chief underwriting officer UK and US and, most recently, as managing director of the alternative distribution division. Prior to this, he was a broker in the London Market at various broking houses, including Windsor, Bain Hogg and Aon. Head is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds a BSc in physics from Nottingham University.
