Michael Muzio is an experienced insurance innovator. He started 25 years ago as a graduate trainee at ITT London & Edinburgh, designing products for the first small commercial quote comparison service. He joined Towergate in 1999 and helped build it into Europe’s largest privately owned intermediary. Key to this was the ability to use technology and data and transforming them into business value. In 2013 he founded now4cover, a digital, full-stack personal lines intermediary. He is a regular speaker on insurance innovation and technology and sits on the board of the CII Underwriting Faculty.
