Raphaël Caruso spent many years in the investment industry as an equity research analyst, but with a passion for emerging technologies he has built up extensive experience in digital transformation and corporate innovation in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, he was at Direct Line Group where he led its fintech investment and partnership strategy, and subsequently at Euler Hermes Digital Agency where he managed the innovation lab and digital insurance products.
