David Germain leads RSA’s long-term technology/transformation vision, and is responsible for technology cyber and compliance. He also chairs the global technology community. Key strengths include responsibility for everything that underpins the smooth running of the business, including all aspects of technology, change and operations to deliver a best-in-class service to customers. Prior to joining RSA Germain worked for Royal Bank of Scotland looking after back office operations for a number of brands including Coutts, Ulster Bank, NatWest, Lombard and Invoice Finance, adding operational rigour to strategic decisions.
