Polly Fishwick has been with Legal & General for just over two years. She joined the Group in August 2016 having previously worked at Barclaycard as its transformation programme director, and at Wesleyan as head of change. Having worked in change for the past two decades Fishwick brings a wealth of experience to the panel. She has specialised in leading the delivery of large-scale digital transformation programmes. She is particularly interested in modernising Legal & General’s insurance offering using new technologies.
