Laura Kauther has been a member of the Coya management board since May 2018. A certified actuary, she previously worked for Zurich Group Germany from 2008, most recently as head of business transformation. As an experienced transformation manager, she knows what it means to work strategically focused and digitally. As an actuary, Kauther was instrumental in the development of successful insurance products in Germany and later in the proposition strategy of Zurich Insurance Group in the Middle East. She holds a degree in mathematics and business administration from the University of Münster.
