Tina Kirby is the head of product innovation at Beazley, a speciality insurer based in Lloyd’s of London with offices in America, Europe and Asia. She started as an underwriter in 1997 and has covered many lines of business. In 2010 this diversity of experience led to her setting up and leading the innovation and product development initiative with a global remit across all product lines. Kirby advocates turning insurance back into a business enabler, using the attributes of this sector to unblock the current and future problems businesses face.
