Vincent Foucart is a Certified Financial Analyst and Actuary. After having contributed to Societe Generale’s Asian operations reorganisation, he joined the French insurer AGF as an investor relations officer. He took over Tocqueville Finance management after having organised an MBO. He joined SCOR in 2009 as an advisor to the chairman and CEO and subsequently contributed to the development of ILS strategies for SCOR clients. In October 2018 he was appointed deputy CEO of SGPC partners dealing with alternative solutions, cyber solutions, alternative capital, underwriting management and retrocession.
