Martin Henley is XL Catlin’s global chief information officer. In this role he is responsible for leading transformational IT change. Henley has more than 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining XL Catlin he held numerous senior positions at AXA, including the role of chief information officer.
He holds a BSc in maths from the University of Southampton and is a qualified accountant.
