Haixia Zhao has been chief risk officer of Exin Re since 2016. She has professional skills in actuarial science, catastrophe modelling, predictive modelling, financial risk, property and casualty reinsurance pricing, analytical skills, and enterprise risk management. Prior to Exin Re, she held the position of senior vice president, head of property non-cat, agriculture and weather derivative pricing at Axis Re. Earlier, at Towers Watson, she worked on reinsurance pricing in property and casualty lines and supported the North American reinsurance market. She is a fellow of the CAS and is a Certified Catastrophe Risk Analyst from RMS.
